NEWS
NEW SINGLE / INSTORE UPDATE
14 Dec 2009

Hi everyone

Thanks to all of you who came to see us in Inverness and Glasgow over the weekend - we can't thank you enough for the response.

Our new single 'I'm Not In Charge' is out today! It's available from select independent retailers in Scotland (Avalanche Records, One Up, Grouchos etc.) and online from the King Tuts shop here. You can also download the single via iTunes (HERE) and Amazon (HERE).

Due to unforeseen circumstances with Grouchos Records, our instore in Dundee has been cancelled. Massive apologies if you were going to make it along, but it's outwith our control. We will, however, still be at Avalanche Records in both Glasgow (TODAY at 5pm) and Edinburgh (TOMORROW at 5pm). Both shows are absolutely free so please come and say hello!

TWIN SHOW CANCELLED
01 Oct 2009

Hi all,

please note that we will NO LONGER be playing with Twin Atlantic tomorrow night (Friday) in Edinburgh. Unfortunately JP hadn't quite recovered from his bout of swine flu before our shows last week, and, as a result, he has contracted a chest infection - meaning we are unable to play at the show.

Our sincerest apologies to anyone who was coming along to see us - we hate having to pull shows but the situation is unavoidable. We will, however, be back in Edinburgh next month with Nine Black Alps.

On a more upbeat note, we are pleased to announce the supports for our single launch at King Tuts in December. Joining us as are Orko (myspace.com/orkomusic) and Dundee's Make Sparks (myspace.com/makesparksband). It's promising to be an awesome night, so we hope you can join us. Tickets are available from the following links:

CHANGE OF VENUE - DUNDEE
22 Sep 2009

Dear friends,

we are exceptionally glad to let you know that JP is on the mend and we are back to business with shows this week! Thank you to everyone who sent us messages and comments of support, it means a lot.

Please note that there has once again been a change of venue for our show in Dundee on Friday. Due to the new Doghouse being over 18s, the show has been moved back to Dexters in order to accomodate an over 14s policy - hopefully this'll allow some of you we met at our recent Freshers and Twin Atlantic shows to come along. Tickets for the show are still available to buy at Grouchos Records in the Nethergate.

We hope to see some of you at the shows this week, and if you missed us this month don't forget that we are back out on tour in October with Nine Black Alps.

IRISH SHOWS CANCELLED
19 Sep 2009

Hi all

It is with the utmost regret that we have had to cancel our forthcoming shows in Ireland. Unfortunately JP is still suffering heavily from swine flu and is finding it incredibly difficult to talk, let alone sing. We hope you understand that this decision has been made fairly last minute as we had hoped he may have been well enough to perform come the day of the show - sadly, this is not the case. We are absolutely gutted at having to miss our first trip to Ireland, and our sincerest apologies to anyone who was planning on coming to see us. We hope to be able to reschedule these dates and get back over as soon as is possible.

The shows we were meant to be playing will still be going ahead, so please go and support the bands and everyone involved in these shows:

SUNDAY 20th - AUNTIE ANNIE'S, BELFAST
Black Bear Saloon, Spectator & Nixa
7.30pm

MONDAY 21st - RETRO, PORTRUSH
Spectator, Nixa & Axis Of
8.00pm

JP is still resting and the hope is that he will be OK for the rest of the shows next week. We will keep you up to date.

Thanks for sticking with us,

Sucioperro x
STIRLING SHOW CANCELLED
17 Sep 2009

Hi folks,

we are sorry to announce the cancellation of our show in Stirling today. Unfortunately JP has come down with a case of suspected swine flu and as such, we'll be unable to perform at the Freshers show.

Massive, massive apologies to anyone who was coming along - we absolutely detest having to cancel a show but there are no ways around it.

JP is currently resting and the rest of our dates this month should remain unaffected.

NEW EP
02 Aug 2009

Dear friends

We have recently been in the studio working on new material. We will be releasing the final material from 'Pain Agency' in the form of another EP which we feel rounds it all off nicely and will allow us to move on creatively. We began with the 'Mums' Bad Punk Music' EP last December and we now happily bring you the news that 'The Dissident Code' EP will be released through Maybe Records/Shellshock in September. The EP will feature three brand new band recordings - 'Riverside Method', 'Blonde Parade' and 'Dirty Dirty Sick Sick' - recorded and mixed in Glasgow on the weekend of 24-26 July 2009. A brand new mix of 'The Dissident Code' by the legendary Chris Sheldon will be the lead track. The tracks are being mastered right now and we will have more information for you as soon as we have it. In other news, we will also be releasing a single of more brand new material in December, news of which we will bring you when we have it also. Meanwhile, we are out playing some shows over the next few weeks so come out to play with us...
