Reviews
"Ayr four-piece Sucioperro are a mash-up of Muse and Foo Fighters. Intelligent rock with buzzsaw guitars and a dictionary of lyrics. Which is me saying - it sounds great but what it's on about only Einstein knows. Dialog On The 2 is their debut single, released on Monday. It's a headbanging maths puzzle of a song. Conversation With A Wasp is not only a great title, it's a slower tune with a sprinkle of Nirvana's more melodic moments. The Altruist canters along and sounds almost like metal country music."

"An out of control freight train hitting you smack bang in your infertile balls."
Spill Magazine

"How about a game of word association?

Right: Ayrshire. Sheep. Haggis. Kilts. Nessie. Oh, and a band whose solid and electrifying tunes rip across the unsuspecting highlands, wielding punishing riffs and passion afflicted vocals. After all, having toured with the likes of Biffy Clyro and label mate s Hell Is For Heroes, we expect no less.

Taken from the album 'Random Acts of Intimacy', to be released in June, 'Dialog on the 2' sounds like RATM and Tool's test tube baby. Apparently the are quite the jokers too, as the first verse claims they "Have a basic understanding of nothing." Nothing my arse. This track boasts not only alarming lyrical depth, but a tune that capable of filling even the most gargantuan of arenas.

Even if the name is harder to say than 'Red kettle, copper kettle' after multiple pints (sooch-ee-oh-perro), this is more than worth a listen, and these boys look a force to be reckoned with."
Tasmin Prynn - Designer Punk

"If you like rock with scruffy hair, scratchy faces and monstrous guitar riffs, you're going to be naturally inclined towards Sucioperro. And even if you're not usually in to that kind of thing, this could be the band to change your mind because despite their general rawkness, Sucioperro don't shy away from a good tune and know how to balance noise with musicality. Good stuff."
Young Scot E-Zine

"More impressive arty-rock from possibly this country’s greatest independent label (who else would offer you all their releases for free download) taking Biffy Clyro’s best moments and giving them a more straight forward pop rock edge - great stuff!"
